Orders
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Kidney Puncher LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline the order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will be charged for all products at time of purchase. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt if an order is split into multiple shipments. This excludes Pre-Order items. Orders containing Pre-Order items will wait to ship till they are complete. If you wish to have items shipped ahead of the Pre-Order items you will need to purchase extra shipping from our Shipping Options page.
Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to arriving shipments that contain products that you have ordered. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following Monday. However, there may be (a rare occasion) when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
The shipping method you choose does not affect order processing time. The shipping method is the method of delivery only. Normal order processing time can take up to 72 hours but we will process orders as quickly as possible.
Express Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST Monday - Friday will normally ship the same day.
USPS Express Mail is 1-2 business days for delivery and does not guarantee Overnight delivery.
International Customers: We try our hardest to make sure that packages are delivered with correct documentation. You are solely responsible for all duties charges, import fees or other fees charged by your local customs or import office; we have nothing to do with these fees. Please be sure to know the rules of your country regarding importing electronic cigarettes, e-liquid and accessories. We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit that are out of our control nor for confiscated items.
Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes, APO & FPO addresses. Also for FedEx please note if this is being shipped to an Apt there will be a signature required.
Payments
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order.
We do accept Paypal and Bank Wires. Bank Wires must be setup with a Kidney Puncher Support agent. Contact us at support@kpwire.com for more information.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks and Personal Checks are not accepted.

Pre-Order Policy
Pre-Orders have an estimated ship date. This date is subject to change. We will do our best be as transparent as possible and we'll work to keep you updated with any changes to the ship date. If you order additional items with your pre-order, we will hove those items until the pre-ordered item ships. If you wish to have those additional items shipped before the pre-order ships, we offer optional shipping possibilities to get those items to you. They can be found at the bottom of our Categories. Just add one of those to your cart with your order and we will know to ship the additional items first.
Fulfillment Errors
Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by Kidney Puncher LLC resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order. We ask that you create a support ticket via our Support tab on our website and include your Order number and a description of what you did or didn’t receive. Pictures of the Invoice and items will help us to verify as well.
Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order.

Return, Repair, Exchange Processing Procedure
We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to help you resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. In the event that we do not have a product in stock we will send a like product of equal or greater value, or provide a store credit or refund at our discretion.
Returns Policy
Each item we carry has its own return policy listed at the bottom of the product's description. If it is not listed we have a 14 day "At Our Discretion" return policy on those items.
There are NO returns on non-defective items.
There are NO returns due to "buyer's remorse".
You should expect to receive your refund/store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply go to our site and use the Support Tab located on the left hand side of our home screen. From there you can fill out a support ticket and one of our team members will get back with you within 1-2 business days. Please be sure to include your order # when using our support tab as it will ensure we are looking at all the information with your items.
Shipping
Free Priority Mail Shipping on all orders over $100 before shipping and after discounts. This will not happen automatically, you will be prompted to choose a delivery method at checkout.
Shipping Time -- Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Kidney Puncher LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
First Class Shipping is the cheapest option but comes with no insurance or guarantees on packages arrival. This option arrives to you in 3-5 business days. These are bubble mailer packages so we ask that you keep that in mind when ordering large items or items you would want replaced if they break or get lost in the mail.
Priority Shipping is a expedited service from USPS. This option arrives to you in 2-3 business days. It does not expedite the processing of your order. All order are packed and shipped in the order they are received.
FedEx Ground Home is a service from FedEx. This option arrives to you within 1-4 days including Saturdays.
FedEx OverNight FedEx OverNight is a service from FedEx. These packages are delivered Mon-Friday only. If you order on a Friday the package will arrive on Monday. If you wish to use FedEx Overnight to receive a package on Saturday you will need to contact us to pay the additional $15 to have Saturday delivery. Overnight orders must be placed before 12PM AZ time to guarantee overnight delivery.
Customs, Duties, VAT Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at Kidney Puncher LLC and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility to pay as we have no control over what is charged or how to pay them.
Missing and Delayed shipments We ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. We request that you open an investigation with USPS on your package first to allow them time to locate the package.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Taxes
Kidney Puncher LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Order Process
New orders show up in our system as Awaiting Fulfillment. They move to Awaiting Shipment once our team is working on packaging the order and finally move to Shipped once they have been packaged and labeled. You will receive email updates for each of these steps letting you know what stage your order is in and in the Shipped state you receive an Email with your tracking information.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Kidney Puncher LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
